Suzuki Samurai?

First off has anyone seen or put a street bike engine into a samurai? I have seen one on youtube and it was a gsxr 750 engine, but I was just wondering how you could mate it up to the tranny and what other modifications would be needed?

Why would you want to do that? The cost of such a swap would be massive by comparison to putting a hopped up 1.6L in. Plus, to get any power out of an engine like that you would have to rev the hell out of it, so you would have to gear WAY down to make it useful off road.
