I'd recommend the guys at Agility Customs, they've been rocking out some killer fab work for awhile.
Just a thought.... you could use parts from Offroad Design to make it easy. That's what I used when I did my IFS conversion on Project Dual Sport.

I will say that I thought my truck was a couple inches too tall and I wasn't incredibly impressed with the ride off road with flat & soft leafs F & R. On the road it was decent... but if I were do do another GM SAS I'd be hard pressed to use leafs again. For the work, linking the front end and running 14" coilovers would also much more tuning & adjust-ability. What size tires do you want to run and what are the planned use for the truck?

If your budget is high enough go with a sky offroad kit. That stuff is crazy nice
