Are the bushing sleeves clear or do they have bolts seized in them? A buddy is interested, he was also wondering if these are 6in or 4in springs, he hasn't heard of a 6in spring.

all bushings are clear. I am going off what the previous owners said about them being 6". They cleared 33's easily on my traveller when I bought it.
