Shifting problems

Here goes.

History:
Tranny rebuilt almost 2 years ago with new syncros.
6 months ago, new clutch, fly wheel turned, Redline transmission fluid.
2 months ago new master slave fluid hose combo all assembled and bled.

Problem:
Recently engageing the clutch from a dead stop into 1st, 2nd, etc it feels like something is not letting me go into gear. I have to apply more pressure than normal to get it into gear. There is not grinding of the gears to get it into a gear so I am pretty sure that it has nothing to do with the clutch assembly.

After I am moving, shifting is not a poblem. I think maybe my 2nd to 3rd syncro is going but thats a different story.

Is there something other than the syncros between the gears that could be preventing me from a smooth shift? Should I just swap out my Tranny for a NV3550? If I had the money maybe!

I think if your synchros were going bad it would grind. Kinda sounds to me like your clutch is not fully engaging. Put in an automatic. ;)
