RedRock brewery top notch food and beer I really like there holiday ale.

Stay away from squatters they support suwa

Redrock is my favorite in SLC. Great food and awesome brews. Bohemian is also pretty good.
And as stated, steer far clear of Squatters as they are big SUWA supporters.

If you like Mexican food you should go to red iguana but be prepared to wait. There tacos don Ramon are pretty freaking good.

Check out The Bayou. They are not an actual brewery but they have the beers from Red Rock, Bohemian and Squatters all there. As well as pretty much all the other local Breweries and least about 290 other types of beer. The food is also pretty good.
