snowmobiling over Guardsman's

Has anyone gone Snowmobiling up Guardsman's Pass this year? or ever before? I took a drive up there on Sunday to see all the Search & Rescue buisness going on and I noticed quite few Snowmobile trailers heading that way. I want to go there this weekend but wanted to know if it was worth it?

No, Guardsmans pass is a horrible place to take your sleds. Stay away from there at all costs!
People who go up there don't know what they are doing, just let them have it and go somewhere else.

I don't know what I'm doing yet, does that mean I would like it up there? I'm mainly wondering what kind of riding is there? is it just a groomed trail you have to follow or can you take off through the tree's and explore a little?
