I did get a response back from Congressman Jason Chavez. All of Utah's Delegation is opposed to the bill as written and It will be presented again in smaller segments. This is as much about energy development as recreation access. East Coast Coal Unions are just as likely to push this as SUWA. Big Unions have lots of money. We have to be dilegent to have our voices heard.
This will be back around we will all need to fight this.
