Some kind of rear bumper for my 88 4Runner

Looking for a bumper that is better than the kick stand I have now. Would like a trail gear rear bumper but I'm not picky right now just desperate to find something better than what I have now.

Here is why I call it a kick stand

That's what I have on it now... And that's what got me in a bind on course 4 (my welds broke on course 1)
