Split a shop?... Anyone?

Hey, just lookin to see if anyone between Provo and Lehi wants to split a shop space. I was thinkin 1,500 - 2,000 sqft (they go for round $600 to $800 a month). I don't have a garage and need a space to work on stuff. I've got some pretty decent tools to throw into the mix as well... Tube bender (Pro Tools and Bend Tech software) Miller DVI mig welder, plasma, some rolling welding tables and a freakin huge 3 phase air compressor (old Ingersoll Rand... super quiet). As well as cut off saws etc. Let me know if anyone's interested. (PM me)

I currently rent a 2 bay garage for cheap, keep your eyes peeled on craigslist and you may find something.
