I don't know what this is on or if it will work for your application but a good chevy trick is to loosen the bolts but DO NOT remove them and drive around the block...or heat it up and hit it with a sledge!

toyota, hence the allpro arms. but i beat the hell out of em with a very decent size sledge.i can get them to come up about 1/8-1/4 inch but then they wont budge.

are you speaking of the conical washers? if so they should be split on one side once they pop up a bit smack em with a screw driver until they spin then pull them out...Do not re use them! I fail to see how a pickle fork would work:confused:

Be patient it took me and my brother in law 20 min. with a torch and a 10 lb sledge to do the last one I did and it did pop til the last second :eek:
