While I was out scouting for some new rocks to drive on I found these. Figured the forum would appreciate them.

Nice! I found some of them in the Swell a couple years ago.

Saw them last week on our ride out off Chimney Rock Rd on a couple of trails. The pictures really dont do them justice.

I found this in south Utah county. So It would and does survive. I have one at my house [emoji41]

We found a massive one in the desert and dug up parts of it, then planted them in 3 separate parts of the front yard which was Xeriscaped (rocks, no grass). They would bloom for about 2 weeks in the Spring like the pics and were amazing! I loved having them in the front yard, each plant grew at it's own pace, with the healthiest growing by leaps & bounds each year.

Sadly the renter dug them up so his 4 kids wouldn't fall on them.
