Well, until a medical examine is completed, you can't say the taser was the definitive cause. As I've read, many (most) stun gun related deaths happen to those with exising medical conditions and or sitations resulting into a stressed heart ie drugs. There are plenty of related deaths, but in each case the stun gun was the "trigger" not the "culprit"

There is a phenomenon out there known as "excited delirium" which people in some circles attribute to deaths in these situations.
