TG 5'' springs and 1989 4runner frame

the springs are new but have been installed on a frame that has sat out side for a few years $400

i could add in the U bolt flip kits and shackle kits for another $200

the frame has the SAS brackets completed, NOT Trail Gear, rust free $200

i would take offers if you are interested in all of it

What's the plan for that fine piece of 4Runner I see lurking behind it? Is that going to scrap? I need patch panels for fenders and the curvy bits under the tail lights.
