tig welding

i need some aluminum welded. who is fast and cheap? i need a piece of 4" tube welded to a piece of plate. i have all the material it will just be a bead around the base of the tube. im thinking like lunch or $10? is that too cheap? preferably in utah county but i get up to slc.
