Hey guys, I have an 85 4runner with a 22re and I can't for the life of me get this thing to pass emissions. I have tried everything. I have also taken it to two general mechanic shops and they can't get it to pass either. It seems the more they tinker around with it, the crappier it runs. It has a high speed "cut out" and is really pissing me off.
If any of you guys know of a knowledgable toyota mechanic that you have faith in (not the stealership), please post up.
