I bought it for my 1989 4-runner but may fit other generations.

Is this for an elocker or non elocker?

Let me check. I think it is cut to accept both. If not I think you would just clearance the spot for the e-locker. I will get a picture loaded.

My understanding is this unit accepts both housings.

I have an email into trail gear to make sure.

I spoke with Trail Gear. You are correct. It is made for an e-locker.

He said you would need to move 3 studs and plate in the cutout. The cutout is wider than a normal third flange.

Could be done, but req's work.

I bought the wrong housing some how. That sucks.
