What front axle, Toy or Dana?

If Toyota, you should just need to have it lenghtened. Measure from the T-Case flange to the Pinion Flange while the truck is on flat, level ground. I *believe* the IFS driveline will work for a solid axle. Have the IFS driveline lenghtened by the shop of your choice. (Couple names that come to mind... Six States, Tom Woods, Gaylons, etc.)

Are your shackels in the front or rear? If the rear, it may be a good idea to have a new long-travel driveshaft built. Flexy Toyotas with the shackle in the stock (rear) location tend to seperate stock d'lines.
