toyota with chevy 4.3- radiator issue

I am putting a chevy 4.3 in a 85 toyota pick up and need to put a diffrent radiator in it. The toy radiator will not work for the set up. What have some people used for there 4.3 swaps in there toys. I dont want to buy a custom. What are some stock ones out of othere trucks or cars that are being used.

Why wont the stock one work??? Not enough cooling??? radiator hose location??? Give us some more info

You will need a custom or a chevy truck radiator, which will require modification to fit. The hoses are on the opposite side

Well the toy 4cyl is a two core and the toy v6 is a three core which would work great but the hose are on the wrong side, wrong location. I dont mind modifing to make it fit i just am looking for a stock one that will fit best. I can get a custom one from summit for about $150. I am just trying to save a little cash lol

im running a stock v6 radiator and have never had a over heating issue with a big grand cherokee puller fan.

as long as it is the same style of flow topdown or side to side, then you can just take your existing radiator to a shop and have them relocate the hose opening to work
