I don't know anything about it other than it is supposed to carry a bike! I don't even know if it's complete. My brother-in-law gave me a bike and the rack came with it. I will never use it. I may never use the bike either but my boys want me to have one

I just want it out of my garage. I'm trying to clean it out so I can fit my Runner back in when I bring it back from the shop.
