Okay, my dad lost the title for my motorhome. I have the information from the last people it was registered too. But I cannot get ahold of them.

How do I get a new title?

I would attempt to get a bill of sale from them, and then have a officer come out and do a VIN inspection for you, then take that paper work to the DMV to register it.

I know their names, but I can't contact them, otherwise I woudl just get a duplicate title form signed by them

Ha nevermind. I just called all the Jensens in the town where it was last registered, and tracked them down with a current phone number and address......
