VHS vid to my computer....

I don't have a video card with RCA inputs--nor do I have a VHS player near my computer. Does anyone have a setup that can do this for me fairly easily?

I only need like 1-2 minutes transferred from the VHS to the computer. Can someone do this by chance or does anyone know of a cheap place to have this done.

I also have a good set-up that can do it and can put it in any format that you want. and put it on dvd or cd.

You can get a cheap Input card with AM/FM and tv tuner for under 50 bucks down at ebc, I think I saw one for 32
