I need some one that can do some custome fab work on a trailer in the Ogden Layton area?

What kind of "custom fab"?

the trailer that came with a little boat we got has no toung need to cut the hitch off and add about 6 feet of 2x2 or 2x3 with a new hitch. This will take the toung from the cross meber to about 3 feet in front of the curent hitch
