What happened to Baja Fresh?

Every time we're in Salt Lake, we hit Baja Fresh on 53rd and state, kind of a tradition, since it was the only one in Utah, and we were so big on them back home. But last night it was gone. Anyone know if it went out of buisness, or just moved?

I think they closed a while ago, IMO it wasnt that good compared to the other mexican resturants around the valley

Baja Fresh closed a bunch of locations across the west coast (Utah included). We asked the Cold Stone what happened, and thats what they said.

Bummer, They were pretty good fast food. Back home we use to hit them up all the time, so I was pretty happy when they built one here. Oh well.

well, there was a location in layton but I have not been there in a while so I don't know if they went out of business also.
