Where to go for iinner tie rod

I need an inner tie rod done on a civic and also need to ge tit aligned. I used Big O in the past but they use crappy parts as the one they put on my Accord would wear out every 9 months (went through 3 of them). They would warranty them but would rather just have good parts to start. Any suggestions?

I've liked Russ's Alignment, not sure if they do parts or ONLY alignments though.

Russ is the owner/mechanic, his wife Peggy runs the phone.
