Who has used Lincoln SuperArc L-50 or L-56 wire?

Going to pick up some wire and gas tomorrow and have a couple of questions. First a little background:

I weld indoors on mainly 3/16-1/4 steel and currently use an old-school millermatic 200. Prior to this, I was using a hobart 180 with lincoln .035 flux for penetration and praxair cheapo .035 solid wire with 75/25 for better looking welds. Not all that satisfied with either.

I have been reading a lot of good things about lincoln superarc wire. Who has run both 50 & 56 wire and which would you recommend? What gas mixture do you also recommend with this wire?

TIA,
Marcus

The lincoln super arc wire is definately my favorite wire. However its also more expensive. I have found that the wire that airgas sells welds just as nice (IMO) as the superarc wire and is about $15 cheaper per roll.
