Wi-Fi Range Extender???

Apparently I need one of these for the setup in my new house.
Does anyone here have any experience/advice on these things?

The house is only 2500', but there is the main floor (where the internet is) then, on the other side of the house (picture a split level) is where the computers will be.
Distance might be 60-80' if that matters. TIA

have used one a few times and for the most part they work well.. what is your question about them?

Just looking for advice from people that have used them. Is there anything I should look for, or stay away from.

Get the same brand as your router for easiest set up.My router would not reach my deck , so I purchased a refurbished unit from Amazon . Works great
