WTB Land: Salt Lake Area

So, where does everyone think the nice up and coming areas will be in the 4-5 years? I am considering buying some land in the Salt Lake area and would like to hear everyone's opinion regarding where to buy....also, if anyone know's of any deals SPEAK UP! :greg:

I dont know about 4-5 years but right now the South end of the Valley is exploding...I remember when you could buy as much land as you wanted out there for next to nothing...now to get <.5 acre you are looking at over $100K...

I am looking for possible investment properties and I think Utah may be one of the next places that the "Californians" target.....AZ is already whored out and people are looking for potential business districts and cheap land....
