Looking at putting together a HP 8" front diff. Need a HP housing but could be interested in a complete diff if price was right. Will be adding a locker/gears so I don't care about ratio or bearing condition. Cheaper the better. (Figured I would try before buying a brand new housing, locker, gears ect) thanks.
