xj 87 4.0 idle problems

K i am now stumped. I have an 87 xj 4.0 it will be idling fine then all of a sudden just start running really low and crappy. Then back to normal after almost dieing.I cannot find any vacuum leaks. I have a gauge measuring my fuel pressure and it is good and steady. 32psi. I can be driving down the road and have full power then all of a sudden i lose it all and can put the pedal to the floor with nothing. I am stumped so any ideas?

Vapor lock?; The heat from your exhaust causing your fuel in your lines to begin to vaporize and not deliver the fuel correctly to the mpfi?

well just checked every sensor in the book, i have three injectors that have about 1.7 resistance but that should not be the problem but going to address them anyhow. Found the Idle Air Control Valve was all but ready to fall apart so I will be replacing that tonight and pray to god that its the problem
