These came off my 2000 XJ, wire-wheeled them and painted with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of hammered paint and when I was ready to re-install them I changed my mind and did rocker-replacements instead.
These come with a piece that wraps around your pinch-seam and then screw or rivet into the outward side of your rocker panel. Then the actual rock slider is installed flush under that plate. It makes for a nice, tight, bomb-proof slider. They are nice an beefy. These went with me through the Rubicon and Moab and have some scuffs and dings, but nothing you wouldn't expect to see and nothing serious.
So these are ready to bolt up! I have the original hardware if you want it, it is a little rusty but I was going to use it...
