Stand on a shower mat, rocks, slickrock, sandles, etc. Climb in tent and put on a bathing suit, wash off in the nude, get a shower shelter, etc. Feel like a new man after a few dusty days on the trail. I've literally had lines of people waiting to shower off my truck, at a minimum wash off their face and hair. Pretty low key really.
