Well that was what I was worried about. If the bearings on the pinion would be getting oiled enough but I think we figured how much to overfill it. Just have to keep him on top of it being full.

I am helping a friend put a scout dana 44 in the front of his CJ-7 and need some help on how much pinion angle is too much on the dana 44. He is putting 4" lift springs on top of a spring over. we are moving the leaf springs out on the side of the frame for room. But I wasnt sure how much angle...

well I really hope it wont bend. I know that my nerf bars that I have attached to the frame wont bend with the wieght of my 3/4 ton truck all on them right in the middle. I placed jack stands in the center of the nerf bar and let down both sides. I had the truck pivoting on the jack stands...

Hey muleskinner how did you use a conduit bender to bend the pipe? What size is it? I have about three hundred foot of 2" sch. 40 pipe in my back yard that I cant use because I cant bend it.

yeah it is leaking in between the housing and the pan. I took the pan off and it is warped on the back corner of the housing. It also has a small crack to the back bolt. Any ideas on how to get that plugged?? I was thinking about welding it but I'm not the best welder so I dont know if there...

I have a TH350 tranny bolted to a NP 205 t-case and have a bad leak. I have replaced the gasket on the pan three times and it still leaks bad. It wont leak until I fire it up then it come out. It leaks about a quart every two days or so depending on how much I drive it. I was just wondering...
