Ashley just got home. It turns out that it was UHP handing out the tickets on Main Street.

I have a TJ that has a pretty wide stance. The tires stick out about 3" past the tube fenders. My daughter drove it to the store and was quickly pulled over for no flaps, insufficient flares. She got 2 fix-it tickets. I will put removable flaps on there, but there's not much I will be able to do...

I'm thinking about pulling the hard top off the TJ and putting some tube doors on it for the summer. Does anyone have any experience with the various brands? I'm looking at Smittybilt, Rugged Ridge, Warrior, etc. Where's the best place around here to get some?

I have not purchased any springs from them, but have had them re-temper some old springs on my dad's Chrysler Newport. Also have gotten some custom u-bolts from them. I was happy with the service on both instances. They seem to know what they are doing.

Can't you just rent a dumpster from the city? That's what we do up here in Logan. I was able to do all of my roof and some extra junk from the back yard in one load of the large dumpster. 30 yards, IIRC.
