It can be, but only if it's your second 1911. The first one has to be 45, obviously.
I guess I am out then... I will never own a 45.

I like to keep the different calibers to a minimum... and am already too deep into 9mm..

What are some good conceal holsters for a small Kimber 9mm?
Depends on how you are going to carry it.
for appendix, I have a couple Tier one concealed and really like them. I also have a Tulster that is much cheaper but I heavily modified it to my taste. Philster makes some really nice IWB and appendix rigs and that will likely be my next one.
I also have some UBG OWB rigs that are really nice. I think he lives in Kaysville and custom makes everything.

I think everyone should watch PHilsters videos on concealed carry comfort. They lay out a lot of things it took me years and hundreds of dollars of holsters to figure out.

Whoa whoa whoa, he didn't say that. What sort of crazy talk is this?
Ya, I never said not to buy a gun, any gun, except a Kel Tec. I'd tell you not to buy one of those. Unless you need a hammer for tent pegs.

Even this guy with a different gun manufacture as his username has a 1911 in 45. I will never carry a 1911 as a concealed carry, but you can always through one in an OWB holster in the winter under a jacket. I will have a double stack 1911 in 9mm eventually.

On time I took my keltec to the sand dunes and left it in my pocket as we played around. Then, on the way home I stopped and blew as much sand off of it as I could, and then shot every round out of it. Sand came off of it as it fired.

Then I took my wife's Sig, and it jammed.. so I put it under a magnifying glass and found the stray strand of hair that caused the issue.
Maybe I exaggerated a little.. but not much. Her Sig is literally the worst gun we have ever owned. She wont shoot it because it sucks.. but she wont let me sell it because it's cute. 🤦‍♂️

We've got a couple Kel Tec's and I like them. And if I ever need to, I wouldn't feel bad about having to toss it in a river..

I have a couple of those. I like the increased velocity of the 22 mag. I think it might be a good open carry when out camping and hiking.

Kel-Tec released there version years ago and I have shot hundreds of rounds through two of them with no problems, the smith is just as clunky if not worse but still very impressive, I can’t believe I would ever admit it but I pick the kel-tec

I have looked at both. I like the grip on the smith. The PMR30 is less money that may be the way to go.
