    Scotty's LWB Samurai

LOL who's Stephan? They were made in the states for a short period of time, actually I believe the number that were made was around 1000. They are very scarce around Canada too. Majority of the ones you will find are going to be rotted out as well. Oui oui my friends. Ha, had to through that in...

    Scotty's LWB Samurai

Next time we go out for a wheel I will bring a camera instead of posting poser shots. But here is one more truck style with the 36's.

    Hunt's Debadged RME TJ

That is one sweet setup you have there. You need a murphy bed in the trailor now. Maybe a 40" LCD of some sort. Possibly one of those glade motion sensor air fresheners. Might give it that homey feel.

    Scotty's LWB Samurai

They are pretty hard to find. Especially one that doesn't require A LOT of body work due to rust. I searched for a few months before I found one in decent shape. Still needed to do some body work but not much. I finally found one in Alberta but was originally from B.C.

    Scotty's LWB Samurai

A couple of test posers on a 3' ledge to see how the 36's fit. I'm impressed so far with the performance.

87 sami engine mods any ideas?

The 1.6 16v is the way to go. I have 36's on my samurai and I have no problems on or off road with the 16v. Its a lwb too so a little heavier then the swb. Transfer case is geared 5:1 and stock yota gearing in the diffs. I would however love to do a VW diesel. But with the 16v I can use 5th gear...

Does this look right to you?

Yep, just a balancing patch from the factory. Man they can't even get their radials to balance out the good. Still love the tires though.

Does this look right to you?

No sign of it being mounted before. We looked all over for any indication and couldn't find anything not that tire mounting would be too noticeable. I am waiting for a response from interco, hopefully soon.

Does this look right to you?

Couldn't be. The patch/pad doesn't say heavy flow on it.

Does this look right to you?

Kind of what I was thinking but do they do a roll test to see if it is out too lunch and needs an extra 4oz weight to attempt to bring it back into shape?

Does this look right to you?

I bought these tires new and one of them has this inside of it. The guy mounting the tires had no clue why this would be on a brand new tire and we checked for holes or plugs in case it was punctured. Everything checks out fine minus the 4oz patch inside. Is this a patch or is it meant for a...
