I was wondering what axles they put under the 67 or 68 chevy trucks it is 6 lug but that is all I can tell as of right now. Also how is a 12 bolt rearend compared to say a 30 or 44? Thanks for any input you have.

Ok I am gonna start the build on my CJ as a starting point I am running a Chevy 350 with a Sm 420 and Dana 300 for right now I have the stock axles under it but have a 44 rear and I am picking up full width Chevy 60 and 14 which I will be putting under it sooner or later.
