Also any help on what size I should go with would be great. I was thinking 2" with a 1/4" wall but I'm not sure if that is beefy enough. It's on a old ramcharger with quite a bit of metal added in.

I've actually already drilled it out still seems like I need more flow.

Does anyone know of a place that might have a psc or similar power steering pump in stock? I'm in Layton but can travel to slc or ogden areas. I'm setting up full hydro and think I'm not getting enough flow. I'm suppose to head to moab on Wednesday so I'm trying to work out the bugs quickly!

That's kinda what I was thinking too. I have been hoping to get some better gearing. Maybe I'll just swap in some 63" springs in the back to soften it up for now.

Hey everyone it's been a while since I've posted on here. Life threw me some curve balls but I'm ready to start working on my rig again. I'm trying to decide which route to go. My rig is a 77 ramcharger. Running 60/14 bolt combo with 4:56 gears, 440 with stock Trans/tcase and bald 39.5...

Well I got my trans pulled apart and found the damage. Its the sprag apparently it is a weak point on 727s. I have seen some pictures of some that have completly blew apart the whole case and blew through the foor :ugh: glad that did'nt happen.

The dodge is looking good. I always wanted a step side. I seen Chestons scout on i15(Cheston that was me and my dad waving to you in the silver silverado) that thing is huge. It really put the size of your dodge into perspective.

I had another great trip in the ramcharger! The front end worked better with the added leaf and it sits pretty level. We hit behind the rocks, cliff hanger, rusty nail and metal masher. I messed up the trans on rock chucker so it will need a rebuild. I also need to work on the brakes on...

Anybody know of a local place to get gm tre jam nuts 7/8 x 18? The tres we got didnt come with them.

We had a 02 5.3 and upgraded to a 09 6.0. I am not impressed with the 6.0. We towed my ramcharger to Moab a couple times with the 5.3. It pulled at 70 easy except for on the steep grades. The only reason we moved up to the 6.0 was because I was nervous about towing that much with a 1/2 ton...
