I want to weld the spider gears on the front of the sami. what is the best way to do this? Should I weld in the teeth on the spiders or should I weld it all solid? I was going to use 1/8" 6011 rod, will this work fine. Should I preheat them first or not. Thanks for your help.

I am able to get my hands on a turbo that I could adapt to work with my sami. Do you think that the 1.3 would hold up to the extra pressure of a turbo? Also, would i gain noticible power to justifiy all of the work?
