I heard the springless kind have a tendency to break the plastic stuff in the top since there is no give. And they are more expensive.

The spring and cap kind can cause the vehicle to wander on the road, especially when big tires are involved, but that may be a moot point for your application. Rock Logic has this type of high steer arms for like $130 a set, IIRC.

That's what I have come up with so far, since I am in the same boat you are.

A little more info, It is going under a jeep cherokee, street driven, 35's, not in to and hardcore wheeling yet(till I get a street worthy commuter). Thanks again
