So Bobdog? When are you going to put on a "mashing" course for me and Skinner? We both are aware of the "similar" flavors one can achieve when brewing with extract. We are ready to take it to the next level. We both know that you are the home brewing king. We discovered this at desert mountain 2 years ago. Educate us please.
