Just an FYI: I just got a flyer for the C-A-L Ranch Stores (never ben there my self). They are having a sale this Saturday and are selling the red all cast 48" Hi Lift for $44.99.

If money is no object and you want a safe jack you should look into
the Radflo hydraulic jack. It only weighs about 13 pounds and can't
kickback and break your jaw. Downside is it costs about $300.

If you choose this route just go pick up a camper jack from Camping world and fab a hook. It probably won't cost nearly as much.

I though the Radflo jack was a cool idea until I saw one in person.

Mike, what did you not like about the Radflo? I have one and have used it many times. Its well made and works flawlessly. I would never carry a Highlift again( to heavy and dangerous).
