27'x22' 2 car driveway and 12'x70' RV pad...how does this stack up? He said concrete was $275 a yard. Parsons quoted $250 over the phone.

I can’t read that nonsense but the last couple jobs I’ve paid for were $10 and $10.50 a sq ft and that included prep. No old concrete removal but leveling, gravel, compaction and some rebar were included in that price.

I don’t like it when they put the price of the tear out and new concrete on one line. It’s obviously a tactic.

X2. The last couple have been 1
$10-11/sf. At that price you are paying $16.67/sf.

Time of year might also be dependent. Right now they have to take extra steps to make sure it cures right...so waiting a few months may help the price...but not sure.
