Safety Inspection HELP

Anybody know where I can take my Jeep to get inspected without ext fender flares? I have mudflaps but no flares and tires stick out about 3"

any places in Utah county who are lienient about this?

But you really should just do what needs to be done, to make it legal.

Not to be an @ss, but this has been discussed ad nasuem. The best thing to do is make it 'legal' so the shop can pass it. What you do after is up to you. I have the best luck taking it somewhere that knows me and my vehicles. I've got flares, mudflaps and whatever else I need to have it be legal. They may stay on all year or not, but as far as my shop knows, they can honestly say it was in their shop legal. Keeps them out of trouble with the UHP and puts the onus back on the owner of the vehicle.

where can I take it

They used to be available at Tera+ (Mepco) for a somewhat reasonable price. I've seen them on Ebay a little as well. I run 6" Xenon TJ flares on my 'YJ'. With my H1 wheels and full width axles, they are a pretty good match.

I was in Mepco (Tera whatever it is called now) and they had 6 or 7 inch TJ and YJ flairs for $175.

I got a buddy who used vinyl lawn edging, looked fugly, but so does his rig. It was enough to pass him though.
