Ok so have my 1994 ford crew cab long bed with the 460. I was given a cash offer on it and I am TORN!!!!!!!!

So let me lay this out for you to gage the scope of the situation...

So as it sits I am into it about 1k. it still needs

rear main replaced ($20 and 10 hr shop time)
ALL front ball joints ($150 parts and at least 5 hr)
Alignment ($65)
Tires ($1000 roughly)
P/S leak fixed
stretched shifter selector replaced
A/C fixed (unknown issue)
Finish paint
Inside door handles replaced

What Eric said. If it's working for you, run with it until you can afford the truck you want. I'd only sell at this point if you really really needed the $2500, and even then I bet you could get a better price on KSL.
