I've been getting my house in order and old debt paid off Dave Ramsey style. Almost debt free and ready to get back to some good ol' irresponsible spending! In fact I bought a lokar anchor tight black tranny stick for it yesterday 'cause I had some summit bucks that were about to expire.
The plan is to take out the body lift to drop the ride height 1 1/4", cut a tranny tunnel, boat side it, ditch the fenders and go from there. Replace the dash with aluminium and new gauges. Throw in a performance cam while I have the pig sitting on the ground. Maybe I should do another thread so you guys can keep me motivated.
It needs to have the rear framed in as I cut it all out. Also mount the drivetrain and a few accessories. Figure out tire carrier and bend some tubes to run under the hood lines.
List of parts to be ordered.
Secondary radiator.
Ron Davis heat exchanger.
Fuel system.
Emergency shut off.
Cam.
King IBP's.
A gauge cluster.
Drive Flanges.
Tons of other crap.
I'm not sure when it will be ready to race, but it probably wont be for KOH. Maybe it'll make it to Cinco De Baja.
