Tonight's project: check dead center on the motor, add timing indicator to timing cover, zero out motor to indicator, adjust rocker arm backlash, check top dead center, primed motor with oil and priming tool, checked valves again after couple full rotations, re dead centered and zeroed, then added headers and starter for clearance checks. And just for fun I put the tentacles on the electrical octopus

so weekend update. biggest accomplishment was getting it turned around! sounds simple but it caused cory and i some serious hell. after that i just sat in it to catch my breathe and idea storm while texting.



So we started the back half and i laced it in while cory built the awesome fan shroud.



also while he was doing that i flexed it out to check shock clearances on the lacing design. 61" to the outside of the tread.

anywho, little update. got the trans cool mounted with some flat bar fabrication.



Also got the rear winch/batter mount are figured out and burned in.

Stupid build lists. I stopped writing them. Sounds motivational when you think you're getting close until you add it up. F! I'll never finish. Haha. Keep at it, it's turning out great.

Not yet, I am sure Craig will post it up in the OSRC section when that is finalized. My guess though, is it will probably be back at Armor, but I'd prefer LROR again for the amount of room and parking, plus at Armor, you're trying to fight traffic on redwood to head home.
