Definitely. It would be a long 500 miles. I looked up the VIN and it looks like it has a 223ci inline 6 making 145hp. Yikes!

Nice. I'm assuming it's an OM617 being a 300, that's a pretty stout engine. If you want more than four gears, I make a kit to bolt a Ford transmission to it. No mention of it being a turbo, though, so only about 85hp.

That is pretty sweet. I saw a couple of those (the base rig) on a flatbed on the freeway last week.
At that price point, though, I'd be inclined to get a unit from auction and build it myself.
