i just wanna run some trails

i am thinking it would be safer for me to be there when there are lots of poeple...

when i lived in phx i got into a bad habbit.......most of the time when i went wheeling i was alone .....some time i would run into groups and most of the time they would allow me too tag along........some would even spot for me from time too time.....but about 1/3 of these people either didnt know what they were doing or they were being mallicious ......i am not sure which ........

Yeah, during EJS they are lenient. I've never been pulled over, but my bro's land rover got pulled over for not being registered. The cop let him go with a warning because it was towed down there. It's the drive down to Moab you need to be worried about. All the cops (especially in Price) are looking for "Anything" to pull you over.

In Moab they are lenient, because EJS is the only thing keeping that town alive. Without all the vehicles down there, that town would be a hole in the ground... Or is it?
