the name means nothing but to annoy you and make you angry, check out "the coathangers". a chick punk rock band from ATL that I wish I had seen when they came thru town few months ago.

for songs I recommend hurricane, trailer park boneyard and from new stuff follow me.

and for country chicks, try nikki lane "all or nothing."

I'll check that out. Always open to something new. Thanks

I don't know how I haven't heard of the Tedeschi Trucks Band before. They're an incredible blues band. I've heard of Derek Trucks plenty, I just didn't know about this project. I love Susan Tadeschi's voice. I discovered them on Amazon Prime. Now that Pandora One is getting more expensive, I'm dropping it for Amazon.

They've uploaded their entire concert. I really hope to see them next year, even though that means traveling out of state to see them.

Band of Skulls released this back in April, but I somehow missed it. Love these guys. If you ever get the chance to see them live, do it! (well, unless you don't like their music). This was the second-best concert I've ever been to.

not my favorite video, but I love the song.

I love this version. It's nice to hear the blues live on in modern day.

I would go to this concert for sure.. looks like they have more talent than many of the people who originated some of them songs.

I'd heard these guys casually before, but I'm hooked now.

Links not working for me...

I've been really enjoying my Sirius radio and the Alt Nation channel in particular. I'm kinda bummed though because it expires today, I've been planning on paying for the service but had hoped to wait a few weeks until they call me to get a better deal before actually paying for it but I'm headed to Cedar City and want the tunes. I'm still undecided if I'll re-up tomorrow before heading out.

Here are a few different songs I've been super digging lately.
I guess these guys are considered Reggae. Dirty Heads "My Sweet Summer"
The Griswolds "Beware the Dogs." (mellow, but descriptive explicit language)
Milky Chance "Stolen Dance."
