Notch would be south of this peak. Here is a picture of Notch which by the way has the second longest vertical drop in the continental US.

Based on the fact that the picture is named Capital Reef, I will say it is there, but the exact location, I have no clue.

not capitol reef, pic was taken on a 750 mile trip where capitol reef was the final destination though
